Sales Process
TechniPower/TechniForce salespeople
work as a liaison between technical candidates
and hiring executives. As sales/business
and communication/marketing professionals,

Aggressively pursue new clients and
new business opportunities.
Conscientiously service and expand
our existing client base.
Continually expand our qualified
candidate base.
Effectively negotiate between technical
personnel and hiring managers.
Qualifications required:
Four year college degree or equivalent
experience.
Minimum of 1-5 years inside sales
experience.
Previous/successful phone sales experience.
Competitive/leadership qualities.
Strong communication skills.
Growth-oriented/positive attitude.
Sales-driven attitude.
